Bortenat is formulated by using bortezomib and
belongs to a class of medicines known as Antineoplastic agents. It is for
treating multiple myeloma and is also useful in curing mantle cell lymphoma.
The medicine is very effective in these disease as it straightaway reacts
with certain proteins in the body to arrest the growth of cancer cells.

Antibiotics (clarithromycin, erythromycin or telithromycin Antifungal
medications (clotrimazole, itraconazole, ketoconazole, or voriconazole)
antidepressants (nefazodone, paroxetine , or sertraline) Barbiturates
(amobarbital, butabarbital, mephobarbital, secobarbital, or Phenobarbital)
diabetes medications taken orally (the dose may need to be adjusted when the
treatment with Bortenat starts)
